The Qbit Family AI Council

The Council is being seated now. Appointments to the AI Oversight Board and the ratified Charter will be published here as they are confirmed. Chapter and membership applications are open today.

Lead a chapter

Start a Family AI Council chapter today.

Schools, churches, homeschool co-ops, libraries, clinics and community organisations can charter a chapter. You gather your people, the Council gives you the standards, the materials and a direct line to the Board.

What a chapter gets

Tools built for running a chapter, not a newsletter.

These are being built alongside the first chapters, so the earliest chapters shape what they become.

  • Reach your people

    Email your members

Write to your whole chapter from one place, without exporting a list or running a mailing tool of your own.

  • Run the chapter

    A chapter dashboard

See your members, assign roles, keep notes, and hold the documents your chapter sends to the AI Oversight Board.

  • Be heard

    A route to the Board

Advice, concerns and product reviews go up as chapter positions, not as scattered individual mail.

Apply

Tell us about your organisation.

Applications are reviewed for authenticity rather than credentials. The gate is that you are who you say you are.

Commitment to family and student safety

Chartering a chapter means committing to these. We will hold you to them, and you may hold us to the Charter in return.

  • Educate our members on responsible use of AI technology.
  • Encourage parents to use the tools and alert mechanisms that protect their children.
  • Engage with the AI Oversight Board to offer suggestions, report potential problems, and review proposed features before they reach the public.
  • Provide suggestions for features and tools that make AI better for families and students.
  • Keep our chapter members informed of news, updates and Council activities.
  • Host regular member forums for AI education, feedback and engagement.

Applying does not create a chapter. The Council reviews every application, and we will write to you either way. Nothing here is a payment and no chapter ever pays a fee.
